Two hands holding a phone open to a Legs workout in RepDay, with a lime check on each finished set.

Log a set in two taps.

The weight and reps from last time are already on the row, so a repeat needs no typing.

  • The session is saved as you tick each set.
  • A rest timer keeps running when the phone locks.
  • The plate calculator loads only the plates your gym owns.
  • Warm-up sets, supersets, RPE, and a note on any set.
  • Switch between kilograms and pounds without rewriting a number you have already saved.

Build the routines you actually run. Then see the month, where the work went, and the measurements you care about.

Pro suggests the next load and says where the number came from. If a lift has stalled, it says that too. Export and import are part of Pro from the start: a file out, and a preview of an incoming file before anything is written.

No account.

Nothing to sign up for, and no feed of anyone else’s training.

No signal.

A basement gym is enough. The log is saved on the phone as you go.

Yours to take.

The log leaves the phone when you export it. An import shows what it found before it writes anything.

Questions.

What can I log?

Sets, weight, and reps, inside the routines you actually run. Each exercise shows the muscle it works, and you can add your own.

Do I need an account?

No. Open RepDay and log. There is nothing to sign up for.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. The workout is written on the phone as you tick each set, so a dead spot in the gym, a crash, or a dead battery does not wipe the session.

What is included in the first week?

Logging, routines, history, and records. After that week, Pro is what keeps the app.

What does Pro add?

The next load for an exercise, with a line on where the number came from. If a lift has stalled for a few weeks, it says so. Pro also adds strength curves, a heat map, sets per week, an estimated one-rep max, a personal record at every rep count, progress photos, and export and import.

Can I switch between kilograms and pounds?

Yes. Changing the unit does not rewrite a number you have already saved.

Where does the log go?

The workout log, body measurements, and progress photos stay on the phone. They leave when you export them. Release builds send product analytics, described in the privacy policy. RepDay does not run ads.
